Funded Traders Club ("FTC" or the "Company") offers fundedtradersclub.io and related products and services (collectively the "Site") to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms").
The Site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Site, you have agreed to and are legally bound by the Terms.
Funded Traders Club provides prop firm challenge automation services, post-prop firm funding trading algorithms, and related support services. Our services include but are not limited to: challenge evaluation management, algorithmic trading deployment, account monitoring, and client support.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove these Terms at any time. Your continued use of this Site following changes means you accept and consent to the changes.
You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You will comply with all applicable laws and use the Site in a professional manner.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and that Funded Traders Club does not guarantee specific trading results.
In no event shall the Company be liable to you or any third party for any claims whatsoever, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or our services.
By engaging with Funded Traders Club, you agree to keep information shared between parties confidential. All materials, strategy sessions, algorithms, and proprietary systems are confidential and may not be duplicated, shared, or utilized without prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. The parties agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration.
